O'Fallon Transportation Program
The O'Fallon Transportation Program provides transportation for residents (62+) who meet established criteria. Service is provided for medical/health care and is limiited to a defined territory care. O'Fallon Transportation Program
O'Fallon Utility Tax Rebate Program
The 2026 application for utility tax rebates will be accepted at City Hall May 1st to May 29th. Applicants must provide proof of age (65+), a completed 2025 income tax return form or current disability letter to verify income, and copies of 2025 utility bills. The tax rebate covers gas, electric, home & cell phone bills. Income limitations for this year are $62,400 for single households and $71,300 for married households. Senior Center
The O'Fallon Senior Center, located at 106 N. Main Street, offers a welcoming atmosphere to socialize over bingo, crafts, billiards, card games, and other fun activities. Computer training, fitness classes, and informational seminars are also available. Hot lunches are served for a donation of $5.00 (1-day advance reservation required).
